Thank you for shopping at BRAHINSKI. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Below are the terms of our return and refund policy:

BRAHINSKI Club Membership Refund Policy

Refund for a membership fee for the first month is possible only if the member has not made any purchases or received any cashback during that month.

Return Period

You can return your purchase within 21 days of receiving your package. We offer free returns, and BRAHINSKI will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credits to your BRAHINSKI account, which you can use to purchase any other item from our store.

Return Conditions

• All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and resaleable condition, with the original tags still attached.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
  
  
   

Special Cases

• Items on Sale: Refunds are not available for sale items.
• 1+1 Deals:
  • Both items in the deal must be returned together to qualify for a store credit or refund.
  • Exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product are allowed for one or both items. If you only want to exchange one item, return only the item to be exchanged and keep the other.

Return Costs

Returns are completely free, and BRAHINSKI will cover the shipping costs for your return package.

Return Processing Time

We strive to process returns promptly. Once your return package arrives at our warehouse:

• We will process your return within 14 working days.
• For exchanges, we begin processing as soon as you register your return.
• Once your refund is issued as store credit, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please note that refunds (store credits) can take 3-5 additional days to reflect in your account.
